Buyers pay all shipping/handling costs, which are added to the purchase price during the checkout process.

We ship all orders via the United States Post Office.  All orders are sent Priority Mail, with delivery progress tracking information, and are insured against damage.  If an item ordered is outside of the USPS shipping size parameters, other shipping arrangements will be made with the buyer.

Since each piece is hand engraved, I don't keep "ready-made" glass in stock.  Your estimated shipping date will be approximately four weeks from the date ordered.  If more time is necessary to complete your order, you will be notified.  Contact us if you require a RUSH order, as we may be able to accommodate you; however, additional charges may apply.

All pieces are packaged carefully and damage in transit is not expected; however, just in case, your package was insured.  If any of your pieces were broken, please let me know immediately so we can discuss your options.  Be sure to keep the box and all of the wrapping material, along with the broken piece(s), to take to your post office (if required) to make your claim for reimbursement.  All claims must be filed within 60 days of the shipping date.
